Not sure how to measure? Here are some helpful hints:
First, determine what shape your cage is. The most popular ones are shown in drawings below.
Be sure to use a measuring tape - not a ruler, so you will be sure to get accurate measurements.
Measure the top of the cage, at the widest point, on the outside of the cage. Don't include food dishes that stick out or aprons in your measurement, but be sure to tell us about them, so we can make your cover to accommodate them. To get the width, measure the front from the left outside edge, over to the right outside edge. Then go to the side of the cage and measure the same way to get the depth.
To find the height, measure from the top edge of the cage, straight down to 2" below the pull-out tray. If your cage has a special top, such as a pyramid, arch, Napoleon, playpen, start from the point where the top meets the bottom, and measure down to 2" below the pull-out tray.
Does your cage have a playpen or perch on top?
We will need to know where the perches are attached. If it is one of the
popular ones, we probably already have that information, if not we will tell you exactly
how to measure. Also, we need to know if there is a pull-out tray under the playtop.

# 3 - Width of cage # 4 - Depth of cage - front to back
